Full body workout

One of my favorite full body workout to do at home is this one by MadFit. I just takes 20 minutes, but you’ll definitely be sweating after! 

Here’s what you’ll need: Grab a set of dumbells and  sure they’re heavy enough to challenge you for the reps in the set while keeping good form. You’ll probably want heavier ones for some of the exercices in this workout, such as the squat. And a lighter set for the tricep extensions for example!   

In this workout we are doing exercises that cover muscles all over the body! 

  1. Sumo Squat Hammer Curl
  2. Back Row Tricep Extension
  3. Sumo Squat
  4. Tricep Extensions
  5. Deadlift to squat
  6. Overhead tricep Extensions
  7. Side lunges
  8. Lunges
  9. Rows
  10. Chest press
  11. Tabletop Rows
  12. Reverse Lunges

The workout targets legs, booty, shoulders arms and back! I’ve linked the video below, so you can get started right away! 

If you don’t have dumbells at home you can also fill up two water bottles and use these. If you prefer dumbells, these are the ones I got off Amazon and I love them, because you just have one set, but can change the weight by adding little plates!
